The "Biosferas" estate is more than just a guest house. It is a fully autonomous ecosystem located on three hectares of picturesque land on the island of Mallorca.
We combined modern eco-technologies with the unique hemispherical architecture to create a space where comfort does not contradict care for nature.
The "Biosferas" project reinterprets the ancient architectural heritage of the Balearic Islands, creating a bridge across millennia between the prehistoric Talaiotic culture and modern eco-development.
However, where ancient civilizations sought only basic shelter and durability, "Biosferas" uses dome geometry to achieve maximum energy efficiency, ventilation, and sustainability — transforming a primitive form into a perfect technological home of the future.

Inner cylindrical courtyard 8 m in diameter with a circular terrace. Reinforced concrete frame, polystyrene insulation, Mediterranean stone cladding. Transparent dome provides natural light and ventilation.

Fully transparent dome made of metal arch structures and glazing. Year-round swimming with panoramic views of the sky and surroundings.

White plaster, minimalist design. Staff quarters and utility rooms.

Diameter 8 m · Heat pumps and collector
South side — transparent glazing for maximum solar heating. North side — white with ventilation slots for cooling the equipment.
